You may use Peekly for personal or commercial seller research, subject to Etsy’s API Terms and these terms. You must not scrape Etsy, reverse-engineer the API, or use Peekly to harass sellers or buyers.

Some metrics are estimates labeled as such (for example keyword difficulty and save rate). Metrics Etsy does not expose stay a dash. Do not treat estimates as Etsy-published facts. See How our data works.

The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

Service depends on Etsy API availability and your daily usage caps. We may throttle or refuse requests to protect API quota.

Peekly is provided as-is. We are not liable for business decisions made from research results, fee calculator estimates, or temporary outages. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the prior 12 months (currently $0 for the personal plan).

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
