Marmalead is a keyword tool that wants to be the only tab you keep open. The alternatives are worth naming only after you grant what it is good at: a fast way to brainstorm phrases and see them scored.

What Marmalead charges

Checked on 2 October 2026 at marmalead.com/pricing.

Offer on the pagePrice shown
Quarterly, displayed per month$18/mo, and “$53 USD paid quarterly”
Annual$190 USD paid annually
LifetimeA lifetime plan. The page said paying once saves $840 (73%) over 5 years. I did not see a one-time price, so I am not printing one.

The same page describes Storm (keyword suggestions you can save), similar searches with MarmaMeters for volume, engagement, and competition, listing letter grades, and connecting more than one shop through Etsy’s own connection rather than your password. That brainstorm-and-grade loop is the product. If you like working from bars instead of raw counts, this is the tool aimed at you.

Marmalead calls the volume “accurate search volume.” I will not call the method wrong. I will say it is Marmalead’s number. Etsy’s Open API does not give an app shopper search counts. The distinction is in does Etsy show search volume?.

eRank

A lower monthly entry and a free plan you can stay on. Checked the same day at erank.com/plans: Free $0, then $5.99, $9.99, and $29.99 per month. The page’s FAQ names those paid plans Basic, Pro, and Expert. Annual prices were also on the page ($5.50, $7.92, and $22.50 per month). eRank is the closer substitute when you want keyword lookups and listing audits with a free tier. More on the shape of that plan is in eRank alternatives.

EverBee

Better when the question is product analytics, including sales and revenue on paid plans. Checked the same day at everbee.io/pricing. The page was on an annual view: Hobby $0, Growth $24.99 per month ($299 per year), Business $69 per month billed annually at $828. I am not inventing a separate month-to-month price. Read NicheKite vs EverBee before you compare that annual figure with Marmalead’s $190 year.

NicheKite

Use it when you want the listing count, the titles on the page, and a difficulty label that says estimate. You will not get Storm, MarmaMeters, or a letter grade that claims to predict a sale. The keyword difficulty note is the model, in public. NicheKite’s own prices on the marketing site are Free $0, Pro $7–9, and Power $19, and paid plans are not billed during beta.
